Oxford delivery branch - have missed every delivery date they promised. Now been waiting 10 days for gas and still we don’t know if they will turn up. We are about to run out with snow forecast. Calor just don’t care - says nothing they can do.

nothing to serious. The replacement cylinder took too long to arrive that's all. Service was very good thought and help was giver to carry the thing to my shed.

Excellent service. I placed the order and received the gas on the following date. It's just a shame that currently, the company does not have up for sale 13Kg. bottles and they do not know when they will have them.

Very pleased with the service delivered within 4 days

The ordering process was quick and simple and my Gas arrived earlier than expected!

We had supply to our new camping pods connected this week including the storage tanks and pipework. Andy Nichols and Matt Owen Davies were the fitters. They were professional, courteous and were understanding of our specific issues.

I was concerned that I was runny low on gas, Abby put my mind at ease telling me that there would be a delivery soon, she also gave me a choice of tariffs for me to decide the best one for me. Abby was very polite and helpful.

I used to make an order within a few minutes ringing the local depot. The new phone number and system had me waiting for 35 minutes, ten of which were as number 1 in the queue. I was told there is no option to do bottled gas business orders online and no other way to place the order. The advisor said they were busy with the end of lockdown.Poor customer service is often blamed on Covid, this is just simple maths, have enough people to answer the phones, clearly if I was number 1 for ten minutes the number of staff must be very limited, or the home working approach needs a bit more careful managing.Just to top it off, I tried to comment via the Calor website complaint portal and it just gave me a server error whenever submitted, someone must be wondering why complaints have dropped recently....I would far have preferred to deal with this privately with Calor, if only it had been possible.Please either give the option to do this online, or improve the resources to answer the phones.

I bought a Calor stove in October to heat an office without central heating. Since then I have had extreme difficulty sourcing bottles - after waiting a long time for a delivery from Calor themselves, every time I have needed one I have used Calor's local supplier website - complete with many non working phone numbers and no indication of stock levels - and had to drive from one end of Glasgow to the other repeatedly to find gas. It's like Groundhog Day. Now the icing on the cake - having found 2 fresh 15kg bottles this morning (on the other side of the city in a builder's yard) they do not work with my stove. I called Calor only to be told there is a problem where 500+ bottles in the supply chain have been overfilled and need to be bled before they will work. This is totally unacceptable - Calor Gas seems to be all over the place at the moment, pandemic or no pandemic. I wish I had spent the hundreds of pounds I've so far spent on stove and gas bottles, and the hours of wasted time, on electric solutions. Believe me the hassle has not been worth it. This is an expensive way of heating and not a smoothly operating system at all.
